Screen Printed Tees: Shirt + Printing
Screen printing is priced PER PRINT LOCATION. Each spot we print (front, back, back of neck, sleeve) is a separate location and is charged separately. White underbase on dark shirts is always included, no extra charge.
Minimum: 13 shirts per design. 13 to 19 shirts are charged the 13-36 price plus a one-time $40 small-order fee. 20 or more, no fee. Under 13 shirts, ask us about embroidery instead.
Your price per shirt = the shirt + the printing. Printing prices below are per location, starting with a 1-color print on the front of any shirt color, with screens and setup included. Mix any sizes up to 3XL in one design.

Example: 48 Station Tees with a 3-color front and a 1-color back: $7.00 shirt + $5.50 front print + $2.50 for 2 extra colors + $3.50 back print = $18.50 per shirt. Printing prices also apply to polos, hoodies and other garments we carry; ask for the garment price. Not sure how many colors your design has? Send it to us and we'll confirm before you pay.
Small orders (13-19 shirts): 13-36 price plus a one-time $40 small-order fee. Under 13 shirts, ask us about embroidery instead. Custom ink match (your exact department red): $90 per color. Rush: 2-day +30%, 1-day +50%, when available.

Flexfit 6277 stretch-fit, Navy or Black, sizes S/M, L/XL and XL/2XL. One front logo, digitizing included. Embroidery is priced by logo, not by thread color.

How department orders work
- Send your art. A logo file or a phone photo of an old shirt. We clean it up for free.
- Get your proof. We email a proof before anything is printed or stitched. Not right? We fix it. Don't love it? Cancel before production for a full refund.
- Send your size breakdown. One list for the whole company, any mix of sizes.
- In your hands about 2 weeks after proof approval. Free local drop-off in Westchester and Dutchess County.
